Gravity Flow Pallet Racking, also known as roller conveyor racking, is a high-density, first-in, first-out (FIFO) storage system that relies on gravity to achieve automated cargo flow. This racking system integrates an inclined roller conveyor structure into a traditional pallet racking frame, requiring no external power or transmission equipment; it transports pallets solely by the weight of the goods themselves.
The system employs a front-to-back elevation difference aisle design. The aisles are laid with continuous wear-resistant roller conveyors at a fixed angle, allowing goods to flow autonomously without power. Built-in multi-stage damping buffer components precisely control the sliding speed, preventing pallet collisions and displacement. No electricity is required; goods are transported purely by gravity.
Forklifts transport fully loaded pallets to the high-level inbound end of the rack and place them stably on the roller conveyor. The pallets slide at a uniform speed along the inclined roller conveyor towards the low-level outbound end under their own weight. The inbound area is independently defined, avoiding interference with the flow of picking vehicles.
The pallet slides along the chute to the lowest front-end outbound position, where the forklift directly completes the picking operation. After the front pallet is removed, all subsequent pallets automatically slide forward to fill the empty space. The front-end storage location is continuously and automatically replenished, ensuring continuous and efficient picking operations and maintaining a neat and orderly goods queue.
Strictly implements the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) model, storing only goods of the same type and batch in each aisle; clearly distinguishes between inbound and outbound areas, simplifying batch control, and is suitable for warehousing scenarios with shelf-life and batch traceability requirements, such as food and chemical products.

1- Describe the type of project (e.g., logistics warehouse, cold storage, factory workshop, tire storage center, e-commerce fulfillment hub, etc.).
2- List the specific racking or type (e.g., pallet racking, cantilever racking, tire racking, industrial shelving, heavy duty storage rack, etc.).
3- Tell us your estimated rack installation or project launch date.
4- Detail your specific requirements or expectations (e.g., warehouse size, load capacity, storage environment, etc.).
