Looking for reliable storage solutions for all types of pipes? Our full line of pipe storage racks delivers stable, space-saving storage for metal tubing, PVC conduits and long cylindrical raw materials. Tailored indoor and outdoor models help you organize pipe inventory safely and boost daily handling efficiency.
The uprights bear the overall weight, while multiple cantilevered layers act as independent load-bearing platforms, evenly distributing pressure on the pipes and preventing deformation, compression, and collapse caused by direct stacking. The load is transferred to the ground through the base, ensuring stable and uniform load-bearing.
The racking has no beams obstructing the front, creating a fully open working space. Forklifts can load and unload long pipes laterally from the front. Unlike ordinary beam racking, which is limited by front and rear frame restrictions, extra-long pipes can be directly accessed, significantly improving the efficiency of long material handling.
Each rack group is connected as a whole by tie rods, feet, and wall connectors. Cantilever ends are equipped with stop blocks to prevent pipes from rolling and slipping. High racks can be fitted with fixing accessories to eliminate the risk of tipping or tilting under load.
The cantilever height and number of layers are freely adjustable, allowing for separate storage of pipes of different specifications, preventing haphazard stacking. This fully utilizes the warehouse's vertical height, increasing storage capacity and facilitating the categorized management of pipes

1- Describe the type of project (e.g., logistics warehouse, cold storage, factory workshop, tire storage center, e-commerce fulfillment hub, etc.).
2- List the specific racking or type (e.g., pallet racking, cantilever racking, tire racking, industrial shelving, heavy duty storage rack, etc.).
3- Tell us your estimated rack installation or project launch date.
4- Detail your specific requirements or expectations (e.g., warehouse size, load capacity, storage environment, etc.).
5- If you are interested in becoming our distributor, please let us know.
